Terms & Conditions:

A.  To book a photo session

1. Price (not including the purchase of photos or other add-on) of the photoshooting shall be paid to book a photo shoot date. One time of rescheduling is allowed to newborn shooting as the actual confinement date may change. 

2. The payment is non-refundable or non-transferrable once paid and if cancelled by you. But the payment will be refunded if Honey Child Photography by Tracy cancel the photo session. The purchase of photos shall be paid within 2 days once you decide to purchase.

3. It is highly recommended to book a newborn session with 2 months in advance from your due date.

B. Arrangement under weather conditions

1. If there is a storm or other adverse weathers that impact our travel, the photoshoot date will be further discussed and mutual agreed between us.

C. Deliverables

1. The photos are edited with their color tone, white balance, exposure and overall skin tone by Photoshop. The retouch of your imperfection of your skin such as freckles, wrinkles and moles is not included unless quoted separately with additional charge.

2. The photos taken shall be copyright by Honey Child Photography, if you do not want your photos to be publicized, please let me know.

3. Photos will be distributed to you by USB or other means. Our backup of your photos will be 1 year from the photo shoot date, you may ask for a copy during the year, a fee of £50 of the full set of photos will be charged. After that, the backup photos may be deleted.

D. Method of payment

1. Bank transfer is highly recommended.

E. Preparation before photo session:

• Well feed your newborn about half an hour before the photo shoot. Starting to Nap is highly recommended before the session. 

• Prepare pacifier during the photo session for soothing purpose

• Prepare enough muslin towers and wet tissue papers for wiping/cleaning when necessary

• A socket will be needed for additional lighting when necessary

• Bring enough formula milk or if breastfeed, enough pump milk utensils for newborn / snacks for infants & toddlers during the session

• Wear clothes in light colour / natural colour for adults, although backdrops, hats, wraps and headbands are provided, please bring 4-6 personal outfits for Newborn Session

• A heater is necessary for Newborn Session in winter time

• Wear family-children matching clothes for Family Session is recommended

• Bring enough water / sunblock if you have an outdoor photo shoot
